Generates intelligence: Analyze and interpret foreign signals data to extract actionable intelligence.
Conducts research and analysis: Investigate, analyze, and synthesize diverse information sources (classified and unclassified) to create a comprehensive SIGINT picture.
Provides assessments: Prepare written and verbal reports on current events, drawing on sophisticated analytical skills and a deep understanding of global affairs.
Tailors reports for diverse audiences: Craft intelligence reports for various stakeholders, including military personnel, civilian agencies, contractors, and other intelligence community members.
Maintains strong communication: Collaborate effectively with internal team members, government overseers, and senior executives to share intelligence findings and foster information exchange.

Contribute to SIGINT collection posture papers.
Prioritize requirements for follow-on tasking within the SIGINT enterprise in response to collection needs.
Develop and coordinate cross-access collection opportunities and strategies.
Provide technical support to collection managers for evaluating requirements and developing cross-access collection strategies and/or tasking.
Collect information and coordinate mitigation efforts in response to system outages.
Deliver briefings on SIGINT intelligence contributions to Enterprise and IC members.
Act as the focal point for operational aspects of SIGINT collection requirements.
Maintain situational awareness of assigned target areas, anticipate emerging collection requirements, and adjust requirements and tasking as needed.
Prepare reports for various audiences demonstrating critical thinking, understanding of world events, and customer information needs.
Provide Value Assessment Analysis to develop "Follow the Collection and Follow the Value" assessment methodologies for SIGINT.
Produce value assessments and analyses for "Value of" performance and satisfaction assessments.
Conduct research and develop assessments, analyses, reports, and information pertaining to Areas and Targets of Interest, Collection Strategies, and Trending Metrics.
Demonstrate knowledge of the communications environment and technology trends of targets, assessing information to provide unique insights into target intentions.
Develop a methodology to categorize SIGINT requirements to match them with the National Intelligence Priority Framework (NIPF) and develop measurements to analyze the value of RF SIGINT collection efforts.
Develop assessments of the optimization and utilization of SIGINT enterprise resources in support of requirements.
Conduct studies focusing on the best methods to satisfy IC requirements and cross-access collection strategies.
Education
Fifteen (15) years of experience in a professional or academic environment
Must have five (5) years of experience in producing research and analysis or performance assessments or analyzing resource allocation or assessing satisfaction levels of requirements
Must be able to assimilate intelligence data from disparate sources and summarize to develop information for further analysis or action
A Bachelor's degree is required
Four (4) years of additional IA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
A Master's degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.
