Description

  • Optimize and develop customer accesses: Conduct research and analysis to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of assigned customer accesses.

  • Develop targets of interest: Analyze collection and collateral data to identify potential targets for intelligence gathering.

  • Develop analytic strategies: Design and implement analytical approaches to extract actionable intelligence from collected data.

  • Identify target communications: Locate and analyze target communications within the global network, including data and voice communication channels.

  • Focus on advanced technologies: Analyze data and voice communications utilizing DNR (voice/FAX), DNI, and other advanced technologies over IP.

Relevant Experience

  • Utilize critical thinking and reasoning to make analytical determinations related to SIGINT targets.

  • Identify analytic vectors using knowledge of various technologies and topics.

  • Exploit foreign communications and communication systems to:

  • Identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information.

  • Ensure compliance with established requirements and priorities.

  • Leverage experience with software applications and databases used in SIGINT target development.

  • Develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting SIGINT information.

  • Demonstrate familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories, incorporating independent research to enhance target development.

  • Identify target communications within the global network.

  • Independently perform SIGINT development tasks and provide guidance to Level 1 contractor personnel.

  • Provide SIGDEV support to optimize and develop accesses.

Education

  • At least five (5) years demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support

  • Within the last seven (7) years, at least five (5) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.
