Description
Manage board-level processes, including coordination with on-site and off-site depots.
Perform comprehensive troubleshooting and fault isolation for system board processes.
Work Experience
Perform unit testing, provide life cycle support, and support transition to operations.
Assist with software upgrades as requested.
Assist software maintenance teams in troubleshooting software defects.
Support software and TAG upgrades.
Monitor the operational capability and health of large-scale computer systems, including power, cooling, and applications, using Government-provided tools.
Watch status screens to detect hardware or application failures that reduce processing capability.
Alert appropriate support personnel upon detection of alerts.
Record timeframes of detected alerts and failures.
Provide daily pass-down reports to subsequent shifts and Government personnel.
Interface with Government and contractor facilities personnel to assure continuous system operation.
Track daily metrics and provide monthly status reports.
Report all software problems to appropriate teams.
Provide daily shift progress/status reports to appropriate Government personnel.
Assist the Government in improving requalification tests and processes to enhance system stability and longevity.
Participate in familiarization training and other required training to support operational systems.
Participate in team meetings to ensure integration planning and maintenance implementation meet Government support requirements.
