Description

  • Manage and organize the collection of intelligence from various sources

  • Cutting-edge work collaborating with customers, developers, and analysts to monitor and troubleshoot operational processing paths

  • Join a talented technical team solving hard problems with true mission relevance on emerging technologies

  • Process dataflow requests: Review, analyze, and approve requests for new dataflows or changes to existing ones. Ensure they are complete and accurate

  • Improve efficiency: Contribute to reducing the backlog of dataflow requests while maintaining or improving completion rates

  • Collaborate on tool development: Work with colleagues to define and refine requirements for new mission management tools that streamline work center processes

  • Communicate effectively: Attend meetings and provide clear explanations and insights on proposed system improvements

Work Experience

NOTE: Military Multiplier: Relevant military experience is credited as 1.25X years experience!

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience

  • Associates degree with 4 years of experience

  • HS diploma or GED with 6 years of experience

  • Manages data: Organizes, maintains, and makes accessible various data sets within a collection

  • Ensures quality: Implements processes for accurate, complete, and reliable data

  • Facilitates access: Makes data easy to find, retrieve, and analyze.

  • Optimizes resources: Uses strategic data management for informed decisions and research

  • Ensures the office is utilizing collection resources properly, looking at new sources, ensuring old ones are collecting properly without hiccups, and educating people in the office as to how they can leverage all of these opportunities

  • Understands how data moves throughout agency, agency architecture, and data flow

  • Understands CRNs

  • Help maximize customer collection. Understands Case Notations, SIGADs, and their functions

Education

  • Degree in any field
